Cancelation

The retreat will take place with a minimum of 8 participants.
If you cancel your registration :
– up to 4 weeks before the event : free of charge
– 4 weeks to 2 weeks before event: 50% of the reservation fee will be deducted
– 2 weeks to 1 week before event: 75% of the reservation fee will be deducted
– 1 week to the start day of the event: 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted.

Payment

Registration of the retreat is only valid after payment of the deposit.
For early bird prices : The early bird prices apply only from the 13 of April until the 23rd of Mai. After this date, participants are to pay the regular prices. Early bird prices are only valid if the deposit and the remaining balance are paid before the 23rd of Mai. If the remaining balance is paid after the 23rd of Mai, the early bird tarif don’t apply anymore and prices are subject to be increased to the regular price.
