Birth Doula
Having a Doula at your birth has been proven to be one of the best choice you can do to have the best birthing experience [1][2].
It is about continous support. Having at your birth someone that you know and trust. Who can hold a safe space for you and your partner.
Who can guide you through pain-coping practices, give massage, encouragements. Whose ultimate goal in that momet is to be there for you and to provide the best support.
Attending Birth is one of my greatest Joy, I will be happy to be there with you.

The prices are set for me to offer a sustainable and quality support. However, accessibility & equity are important to me: if you can’t afford those prices please contact me so we can find a solution that fits your possibilities and wishes.
Though I identify as a cis-gender, heterosexual, white woman, here is a welcoming space for every Birthing Person and Birth partner in the wide spectrum of relationships, races, genders and sexual identity.

Birth Packages
With mentoring (recommended)
- 8 Mentoring sessions of 2h each in 1-to-1 setting.
- Support per telephone, email & message during working hours from the time of booking until and of postpartum visits.
- Available support 24h/24h, 7/7 from 10 days before your due date.
- Continual support during labour : emotional, physical, mental and spiritual.
- If no postnatal care booked with me, I will visit you one time during the first week after birth for a check up and at 6 weeks after birth for a feedback session.
Price : 1150€ (up to 12h of labour, 15€/h per extra hour.)
without mentoring
- 2 meetings before birth time to get to know you and your birth project.
- Available support 24h/24h, 7/7 from 2 weeks before your due date.
- Continual support during labour : emotional, physical, mental and spiritual.
- If no postnatal care booked with me, I will visit you one time after birth for a check up and feedback session.
Price : 600€ (up to 12h of labour, 15€/h per extra hour.)
