Registration and confirmation
Registration is done by submitting the online form.
As soon as we have received your payment, we will firmly reserve a place for you at the event. If this is not possible (e.g. because the event is already fully booked at that time), you can get a place on the waiting list.
After registration you will receive a confirmation with further information.
Conversion of registrations
If a single registration is to be converted into a pair registration, please cancel the single registration and fill out a new registration as a pair.
If a couple registration is to be converted to a single registration, please cancel the couple registration and complete a new single registration. There is no entitlement to a place in this conversion, even if the seminar fee has already been paid.
You will receive the bank details with the registration confirmation. Please pay promptly the amount indicated in the registration confirmation.
A special price for early bookers of one-day workshops, weekend and vacation seminars is only valid if the payment is received by the date communicated in the date communicated in the registration confirmation.

For seminars with an overnight stay in the seminar hotel:
The costs for accommodation and meals are not included in the fee for the event and will be the event and will be settled directly with the seminar house (i.e. with the operator and the employees of the respective facility). Depending on the seminar house and room category, the conditions and prices vary. We are happy to forward room requests, they will be taken into consideration by the seminar house within the framework of the possibilities. The arrival and departure are at the expense and risk of the participant. The starting times and the end of the event will be communicated in the registration confirmation.
Withdrawal or cancellation
You can cancel your registration at any time and without giving reasons.
In case of cancellation, a handling fee of 30 euros per person is payable.
You will get your payment back minus the handling fee for:
Seminars with 2 or more overnight stays if you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar.
Day workshops and the evening group if you cancel up to 2 weeks before the start of the event.
Evening workshops (except evening group) in case of cancellation up to one week before the start of the event.
In case of later cancellation, the event fee will not be refunded, but you can suggest a substitute participant at the same time as your cancellation. If you cancel at short notice, do not show up at the beginning of the event or leave early, the seminar house will also charge the costs for accommodation and meals.
We would like to point out at this point that it is possible to take out seminar cancellation insurance. Information on this can be found on the Internet.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be refunded the fee paid.
Any further claims are excluded.
Cancellation of couple registrations
Couple registrations can only be cancelled as a couple. It is not possible for only one person to cancel and the second person to attend the seminar as a single. If a couple registration is to be converted into a single registration, please cancel the couple registration and fill out a new single registration. There is no entitlement to a place in this conversion, even if the seminar fee has already been paid.

By registering, the participant expressly acknowledges that he/she assumes full responsibility for him/herself and his/her actions inside and outside the event. Participation in the event and the individual exercises is voluntary. The instructions of the event leaders are to be understood as suggestions, which the participant follows of his own free will and only as far as he can be held responsible. The participant is solely liable for any damage caused to himself/herself and to other persons or things, as well as for any risk he/she takes.
Duty to inform
The participant undertakes to inform the event management before the start of the event if he/she/they is mentally, physically or psychologically not fully able to cope. If necessary, he/she /they will interrupt or cancel the event, especially if third parties could be harmed by his condition (e.g. due to infectious diseases). The events are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
Our registration form is provided with mandatory fields. These serve to organize as smooth a process as possible for the group in the seminar in advance. Should a participant jeopardize the smooth running of the seminar due to incorrect information on the registration form, the seminar management can ask the participant to leave the group. This may also result in the loss of the seminar fee and the charging of accommodation and catering costs by the seminar house.
Data protection and confidentiality
Our events are a protected space. Therefore, the participant agrees not to mention personal details, nor full names of other participants outside the event. The same obligation applies to the event management and their assistants.
